About us

Hi! I’m Aleks, currently a cadet ATPL pilot and I started VII because I couldn’t find aviation apparel I’d actually want to wear.

What we wear first and foremost is an extension of our personality, and most of what’s out there is mass-produced, covered in (cringy)  slogans and printed on thin shirts that fall apart after a few washes. I wanted the opposite: shirts that look good in a wardrobe, and happen to be for people who love aircraft.

Every VII design starts as a hand drawing. I spend many hours, even days getting the details right, from panel lines, markings, even access hatches, because the people who notice those things are exactly who I’m drawing for. Each design is then printed on a premium, 100% organic cotton shirt using latest direct-to-garment printing technology, chosen for how well it holds up wash after wash.

The Mach II collection is where it starts: SU-57, Concorde and F-16. More aircraft and more drops are coming, and some are limited. When they’re gone, they’re gone.

VII is still small and independent. If you have a question, an aircraft you’d like me to draw, or a problem with an order, message me directly at aleksandar.ustic@vii-aero.com.

Aleks, VII.
